Clinical supervision is an integral part of our professional development to facilitate learning. Therefore, my approach to supervision is integrative, experiential, reflective and relational. I explore with my supervisees the use of themselves with clients as well as looking at the processes behind the different dynamics. It is also a place to discuss ethical dilemmas.

I currently supervise psychology doctorate trainees, qualified healthcare professionals and volunteers on a helpline.
